Dave Matthews is a Registered Mechanical Engineer with 31 years Plant Management in Facility Planning, Construction Project Management, Regulatory Compliance, Building Code Compliance, Budgeting, Maintenance, Environmental Services and Property Management. His experience includes 11 years Manufacturing Experience including prototype development, feasibility studies, production, quality control and design. He is a results-driven individual with emphasis on budget and quality, and creation of a team-oriented engineering department. His education includes a Bachelor of Science in Engineering at the University of South Florida, Tampa and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, North Carolina. He has been on the board for St. Vincent DePaul Society in St. Petersburg. His community involvement includes the Uptown Neighborhood St. Petersburg, Guardian Ad Litem Ss. Peter and Paul Respect Life Ministry and is a state committeeman for the Republican Party in Manatee County.
